The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12play21's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
